Returns & Return Requests

Unapproved returns will be refused or returned to sender and are not eligible for a refund.

Returns, Refunds & Restocking

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated.

Not returnable

Return requests will be denied for:

  • Clearance / As-Is items

  • Used items sold as used

  • Cut or duplicated keys

  • Programmed keys, transponder keys, key fobs, or electronic security devices

Condition requirements

Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
Refunds will not be issued for items returned damaged, incomplete, or altered.

How the return process works

  1. Submit the return request form below.

  2. Do not ship anything yet.

  3. We will review your request and email you with approval or denial.

  4. If approved, you will receive an RMA number, return address, and instructions.

  5. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval.

  6. Refunds are processed after inspection, typically within 3–5 business days of delivery.
