We offer a mix of new, used, surplus, clearance, and specialty locksmith products. Product descriptions clearly indicate condition, completeness, and any known defects. Used, surplus, and clearance items may show signs of wear, cosmetic damage, or missing packaging. All products are sold based on the condition described at the time of sale. Photos are representative of the actual item whenever possible. Due to the nature of locksmith hardware, minor cosmetic variations may exist between units.

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required in full before orders are processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or misuse of the website.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers; however, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable. Orders over a certain value may require signature confirmation at delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated. The following items are non-returnable: - Clearance / As-Is items - Used items sold as used - Cut or duplicated keys - Programmed keys, transponder keys, key fobs, or electronic security devices Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Refunds will not be issued for items returned damaged, incomplete, or altered.

Electronic products, including key fobs, transponder keys, access control components, and programmable devices, are sold with compatibility limitations. Programming requirements vary by vehicle or system and may require professional services. Due to their nature, electronic and programmed items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once shipped.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barton Family Locksmith shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Binding Arbitration Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of this website, or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, at the election of Barton Family Locksmith. Arbitration may be conducted remotely or in the State of Minnesota, at Barton Family Locksmith’s discretion. Class Action Waiver You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive Venue (Fallback Provision) If binding arbitration is found to be unenforceable or inapplicable for any reason, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Koochiching County, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
