FAQ
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed weekends. Additional fees apply for calls made after hours, and may vary.
Can you schedule appointments for a specific date/time?
Yes, we do schedule appointments. We will always do our best to make things work with your schedule.
Can you provide a quote over the phone, or do you need to see the issue in person first?
This depends. Sometimes, on a case-by-case basis, we’re able to look at pictures and give you an idea of what needs to be done. This isn’t always the case, though, and there may be times where we will have to get a tech on site to take a look.
Are there any additional fees or charges I should be aware of before scheduling service?
All of our pricing is available on the ‘Our Services’ tab. However, depending on the situation, we may have to customize our quote to meet the task at hand. We will always talk to you about this ahead of time, and come to an agreement with you on cost before completing any work.
Do I have to pay the trip fee if I decide not to use your service?
Absolutely not! The only time we will charge anything without doing any work is if we charge a GOA on an insurance call, or if otherwise stipulated (big projects, custom work, partial jobs, etc.) We like to be very clear on these things before going into a job.
Do you provide roadside services?
Yes, we provide soft roadside services as well. This includes fuel deliveries, jump starts, and tire changes, starting at $79.
Do you help with estates?
Yes, we can assist in situations involving estates, however we will ask to see documentation proving executorship.
I am a landlord processing an eviction. Can you help with unlocking my property?
Yes, we can help with unlocking your property, but we will ask to see documentation proving validity of your eviction, and we do require law enforcement to be on scene at the time of service.
